ScanBox Series 6
The ATOS ScanBox Series 6 enables the user to efficiently identify, analyse and eliminate quality problems in the production environment. Its ability to thoroughly check as many parts as possible in the shortest amount of time, initiates targeted corrective measures and minimises scrap.

Simultaneously load & measure
The ATOS ScanBox 6235 contains two working areas that can be safely operated independently of each other – enabling increased throughput. Parts such as doors, tailgates or battery modules with a maximum size of 3,500 mm and weight of 5,000 kg, can be placed in both working areas or on the rotation tables.
Efficient loading & unloading
The ATOS ScanBox 6 features significantly wide entry areas which allow for an uncomplicated use of loading machines such as cranes, forklift trucks or pallet trucks. Hang-on parts can be measured more efficiently with the multi-part fixture, as it eliminates the need to change the measuring fixture which then results in optimised workflow.
