The ZEISS ScanBox 4105 optical 3D measuring machine enables the user to quickly and efficiently inspect small and complex parts up to 500 mm in size. The compact and mobile system is ready for immediate use thanks to the plug & play concept and can be easily repositioned if required. All measuring processes and inspection sequences can be started directly at the integrated operating station. The special user interface – the Kiosk Interface – and the virtual measuring room (VMR) in the ZEISS INSPECT software take over the entire process control.
The ZEISS ScanBox 4105 can be connected to any standard power socket; simply switch on the optical 3D measuring machine and start the measuring program.
Program and control the optical 3D measuring machine via a simple user interface – the Kiosk Interface. Your employees do not need any special technical knowledge to operate it; insert the part, select the measuring program and press the start button.
The flexible operating station offers various ergonomic functions; the integrated swivel arm can be adjusted to the desired position so that ZEISS ScanBox 4105 can be operated while standing or sitting.
The integrated ATOS Q sensor quickly provides quality information with a high level of detail for subsequent inspection and analysis. By using a multi-part fixture, the user is able to measure several parts in one run – even in 24/7 operation if required. This allows the user to increase throughput, produce less scrap and standardise quality assurance.
