The digital photogrammetric system is used to obtain 3D point measurements similar to a CMM machine. For larger parts it can be used with the ATOS scanner to increase job accuracy.
     
GOM Inspect is a free software package which provides extensive, certified inspection tools. It also contains many useful functions for manipulating 3D scan data.
